Loyshy Cafe, nestled inside the lane of Soi Phaya Nak, a nice 3 minutes walk away from Ratchathewi BTS. Also named as Neue Space Cafe on google maps. This is a very common practice of some Thai cafes and restaurants when they cannot decide which name they would like to use which of course confuse visitors sometimes when it’s their first visit.
Café by day and beer bar by night, Loyshy has ample solid wooden tables and chairs. Most seating space has got electric outlets for those who would like to work online like us or watching some videos on Youtube on your phone. They have a nice choice of coffee and tea. And for those sweet tooth folks, they serve pancakes, waffles and crepes too. Coffee taste pretty good. Drip coffee is available too.
The place is divided into 3 sections. The exterior for those who smoke who prefer outdoor space, main open space with solid tables and interior high tables and seats separated by the glass doors which is open only at night for drinkers who prefer softer music to chill and talk.
For those who love to snuggle to work in cold places, they have strong powerful wind blasting from their two solid btu units.
Loyshy will transform into a beer bar at night with live performance. Draft beer serving Heineken and Tiger.
Music: Pop music in a fairly loud volume.
Internet speed is pretty decent and since Ratchathewi doesn’t have many cafes and there’s no Starbucks nor True coffee monopolising their business (except probably their larget competition: Casa Lapin), so I believe that Loyshy will have a fair share of the coffee lovers patronising them whether they’re shy or not.
